Returns & Exchanges

We stand behind every product. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

100-Day Return Policy

You have 100 days from the date of delivery to return or exchange any item. We offer exchanges for a different size or colour, store credit, or a full refund — your choice.

To qualify, items must be returned in original, unused condition with all original packaging intact.

Eligibility Criteria

Items are unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received

Items are returned in original packaging, including the individual garment bag

Return is initiated within 100 days of delivery

Items are free from odours, blemishes, signs of wear, or animal/human hair


Important Exceptions

Final Sale Items

Items marked FINAL SALE in the product description are not eligible for return or exchange. This will be clearly noted on the product page.

Bundle Packs

Size exchanges on bundle packs are accepted. For refunds: returning 1 item from a 4-item bundle earns store credit only. Returning 2 items qualifies for a refund on 1 item.

Orders cannot be modified after placement. Please double-check your size and colour selection before completing checkout.


How to Return

Email info@originalfitwear.com within 100 days of delivery to start the process. We'll guide you through every step.

All returns must be sent to our Australian warehouse. Return shipping costs — both back to us and for any exchange — are the customer's responsibility.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the items within 5 business days. You'll be notified once the review is complete and your refund or exchange has been processed.


Defective Items

Received a faulty item? Email info@originalfitwear.com with a photo and a brief description of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement within 14 days.

Missing Refunds

Refunds are processed immediately upon approval. If you haven't seen yours yet, check your bank account and allow up to 30 days for your card provider to post the credit — this is standard processing time on their end.

If you've waited more than 30 days and still haven't received the funds, reach out to us at info@originalfitwear.com and we'll investigate.
