BLACK FRIDAY RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We know that you may be gifting for Christmas, so we have extended our returns window until January 7th 2024 for all orders placed from 21st November to 25th December.
You can exchange products from your order for another item, store credit or 100% refund.
To be eligible for a refund the order must be returned in the original packaging.
We have a 14-Days Return Policy where you can exchange products from your order for another item from our website or a store credit.
To be eligible for a refund the order must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please note: ALL ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A store credit for exchange sizing will be provided upon returning item/s within the 14 day period provided the return items meet requirements below.
Bundle Packs: If you purchase our Buy 3 Get 1 Free Bundle Pack and want to exchange sizes this is definitely okay! Refer to the below criteria for the exchange process.
If you are requesting a refund of items from our bundle pack, 1x item received will not be eligible for a refund. If you return 1x item back from the 4x items, you will be eligible for a store credit of the product value and not a refund. If you send 2x items back then a refund for 1x item will be applicable. Store credit for the other item is not applicable.
To be eligible for the 14-Days Returns/Exchanges
- Item/s must be unused, unwashed and in the same condition you received them in.
- Item/s must be returned in the original packaging including the frost bag each garment arrives in.
- Garments with distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear or covered in animal/human hair will not be accepted.
- You must contact info@originalfitwear.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your order has been placed we are unable to modify the order if you select the wrong size/colour/ Please be careful when checking out.
If any of the above conditions are not met you will be unable to receive a refund or store credit for exchange.
How to Start The Returns Process
To get started with a return, all you need to do is contact info@originalfitwear.com and we will walk you through step by step to get the process completed as soon as possible for you.
Please note: Return shipping back to our warehouse is the responsibility of the customer to pay. It is also the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return shipping of the item/s exchanged.
Once We Receive Your Return Item/s
Upon receiving your return items, they will go through a quality check stage by our warehouse team to check for any distinct odours, blemishes, signs of wear and tear. This can take up to 5 business days so please be patient whilst our team works as fast as possible to have this completed.
Defective Items
In the unlikely event that you receive a defective item, please email us at info@originalfitwear.com with a photo of the problem as well as a brief description. We will replace this for you within 14 days of receiving your product!
Late or Missing Refunds
Please understand that we issue refunds as soon as your refund request is approved - that means that the money leaves our account immediately. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. We have seen some credit card companies take up to 30 days to show that the refund has been put back on the card. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@originalfitwear.com.
